FAQ

What if I can't get my hide to you right away?

No problem! Just keep your cape as cold as possible or frozen until you're able to bring it in! (If possible we love the ears tucked inside the cape when rolling it up.)

What if I'm unable to cape my deer out?

We're here to help! Get in contact with us and we'd be happy to do it for you. This eliminates the mistake of the hide being cut in the wrong spots.
If it's cut up too much we'll no longer be able to use your cape and will have to charge an additional cost for using a new one.

Can I still mount my deer if my cape is no longer useable?

Absolutely! This may be an issue if someone isn't able to properly store their hide or it is cut wrong. We have extra capes in all different sizes for an additional cost.

Can I have an outdated mount redone or a dead head mounted?

Of course! Provided we'll only be able to use the antlers and will need to use a new cape. We would be happy to provide you with a higher quality mount.

Can you repair a broken antler or tine?

Yes, this is something we can rebuild at an additional cost. If you know what the deer originally looked like and have a photo or trail cam media, please provide us with this so we can repair it as close as possible to its original state.

When can I expect my mount back?

We aim for getting mounts back 8-10 months after being brought in and before the following season starts. Our goal is to capture every detail in the mount as the day the customer harvested it. We strive to provide our customers with the best quality and anatomically correct mount in a timely manner.
